Sherwood Food Distributors Atlanta division President Mike Coggins was appointed to the Georgia Food Industry Association new Chairman. The Georgia Food Industry Association (GFIA) has represented the grocery industry since 1912. GFIA is the only Georgia association that is solely dedicated to advocate legislative and regulatory fairness for the grocery industry.

For years, Mike has been the face of GFIA’s membership committee, and his genuine love of our industry and dedication to the GFIA make him a natural as chairman. Mike is not only the new Chairman he’s also, a GFIA Legacy Award Winner. Mike has provided not only a standard vision, he takes everything to the next level around everything he has done with GFIA and at Sherwood Food Distributors.
