2010/2011 SFD Detroit Fall Football Sales  Promotion
RULES of the GAME

1. Each store qualifies as an individual. Volume from multiple store chains is not accumulated.

2. Stores can enter as many times as they qualify for.

3. Only one prize per store per week will be awarded.

4. It is the responsibility of the individual sales representative to inform his customer of the particular sponsor’s items and sales period. It is also their responsibility to process customer entries on time.

5. Only featured items delivered during the sales period will be counted.

6. Sponsor’s sales periods are subject to modification due to unforeseen circumstances.

7. Product shortages will not be added to sales criteria. It is viewed as a first come, first served situation.

8. In the event of ties, the Monday Night Game will be used as the tiebreaker. The first tiebreaker is pick the winner and the second tiebreaker is the closest in total points without going over.

9. Picks are due by noon the prior Friday except where otherwise noted (Thanksgiving).

10. All entries must be submitted on the official SFD Pairing Sheet.

11. Eligible customers will be notified on the Tuesday prior to the next week’s games.

12. Contest updates will be provided regularly as time permits.

13. Any arbitration will be done by a 3 member management tribunal and all decisions will be final.

14. No verbal selections will be accepted.

15. Contest criteria are subject to change.

16. All prizes may be subject to applicable Federal, State or Local taxes.
